By registering, accessing, or using our website, dashboard, and WhatsApp Business API services, you ("User", "Client", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. 1. Services Provided KreOne API provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that facilitates WhatsApp Business API integrations, bulk notification management, automated chatbots, message template management, and team inbox capabilities. We act as an intermediary technical service provider connecting your business to official Meta (WhatsApp) Business infrastructure. 2. Account Registration & Security Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your business entity (Kreone Empire Private Limited reserves the right to request proof of legal registration). Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration and Meta onboarding. 3. Compliance with Meta & WhatsApp Policies As a condition of using KreOne API, you explicitly agree to comply with all official policies set by Meta / WhatsApp, including: WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy WhatsApp Commerce Policy Strictly Prohibited Use: You agree NOT to use KreOne API for: Sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam) to users who have not opted in. Gambling, adult content, illegal pharmaceuticals, weapons, hate speech, or deceptive practices. Impersonating other entities, brands, or individuals. Note: Failure to comply with Meta's guidelines may result in your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) being banned or suspended by Meta directly. Kreone Empire Private Limited is not liable for bans resulting from policy violations. 4. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments Plans & Pricing: Access to our platform is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly, Yearly, or Custom Enterprise Plans). Prices are listed on our platform and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment Gateways: All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (Razorpay, UPI, etc.). Refund Policy: Subscriptions and prepaid WhatsApp message credits are non-refundable once activated, unless explicitly required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy. 5. Service Availability & Modification We strive to maintain a 99.9% platform uptime. However, service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, server outages, or Meta/WhatsApp API downtime are beyond our direct control. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time to improve system stability or comply with Meta updates. 6. Intellectual Property Rights All content, software scripts, brand logos, code, and UI elements on [https://kreoneapi.com](https://kreoneapi.com) are the intellectual property of Kreone Empire Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your business operations. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: Kreone Empire Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to KreOne API in the preceding 3 months. 8. Account Termination By User: You may stop using our platform or request account deletion at any time by emailing support@kreoneapi.com. By Company: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or breach Meta's messaging policies. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. 10.
